  • Once the booking is confirmed, all the bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable.
  • For hotel / package reservation, the Eligible Guest will be required to present the English name of the identity document and contact number. Hotel guests must be provided all required information clearly and accurately. Holiday World Tours will not be liable to any consequences of incorrect data or wrong information.

  • Once you received the confirmation from Holiday World Tours, please kindly transfer the total amount to the bank account show in the confirmation and send back the bank-in slip to:
